We're looking for an experienced Pasta Chef to create fresh handmade pasta and delicious pasta dishes. Responsibilities include preparing dough, shaping and cooking pasta, developing new recipes and ensuring high quality and consistency. Must have experience in Italian cuisine and strong attention to detail.

Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar is a contemporary brasserie dining establishment located in the historic city of Bath UK specializing in high-quality grilled dishes with a modern twist. The restaurant offers a vibrant and stylish atmosphere combining a relaxed dining experience with exceptional food and service and live piano performances in the evenings. Open for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon drinks. Throughout the day the terrace by Abbey Square and lounge area will be perfect to relax with a drink and nibbles. As the sun sets and we get ready for dinner to serve our signature dishes with the best local produce. Our resident Pianist and DJ will begin and cocktails will flow.
