As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our restaurant operations, delivering amazing food and great customer service. You'll lead a high-performing team and set the standards for others to follow. Our kitchens are the backbone of our restaurants and critical to their success. • Ensure your restaurant is safe, legal and compliant by delivering the highest of food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
