Job description

We are seeking customer focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service standards, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow across all front-of-house functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and training FoH staff, coordinating service with the kitchen team, overseeing bookings, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and well-organised environment for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
