A manufacturing firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager for Financial Reporting. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing treasury operations, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Responsabilités
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage treasury operations and liquidity.
- Monitor financial records and accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
The Manager- Financial Reporting will be responsible for arranging and executing corporate reporting requirements, preparing financial statements, and managing external/internal audits, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with applicable standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and maintain the chart of accounts.
- Treasury operations and services, liquidity management, bank account consolidation and the identification of foreign exchange exposures.
- Monitor day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Liaise with external auditors, RJSC, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Perform special assignments assigned by the Head of Accounts and Management.
