Financial Accounting graduate programme

You’ll gain experience analysing data, preparing financial reports, building partnerships, driving confidence and underpinning the success of the company.

Programme Structure

Over three years, you’ll rotate through key finance teams, including:

  • Financial Planning & Business Partnering – All aspects of financial planning, analysis and forecasting
  • Financial Reporting – Deliver Group consolidated and Syndicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statutory and regulatory reporting
  • Tax – Manage tax risk, ensure tax compliance for the Chaucer Group
  • Finance Operations – Ensure that financial information is available in a timely and accurate manner for onwards reporting and decision‑making purposes

You will gain practical experience while working towards your ACCA qualification. By the end of the programme, you will be a fully qualified accountant ready to make a meaningful impact.

Location & Working Arrangement

London – our offices in the Scalpel building in the heart of the city. We offer hybrid working, with a mix of office and home days that works for you and the team.
