A leading insurance group in the UK offers a Financial Accounting graduate programme designed for recent graduates. This three-year program provides practical experience in key finance areas, with the opportunity to attain ACCA qualification. Participants will earn a base salary of £34,000, receive a £500 signing bonus, and enjoy generous benefits including private medical insurance and hybrid work arrangements. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a minimum 2.2 degree, and excellent IT capabilities, particularly in Excel.
