This is a unique chance to lead the Treasury Transformation Programme at Lloyds Banking Group, driving strategic change and innovation in treasury operations. As Programme Lead, you'll be responsible for preparing the organisation for a transformation to revolutionise Treasury technology and processes. Day to day responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Treasury Transformation Programme in 2026, ensuring delivery of objectives and landmarks.
  • Create and sustain the programme roadmap, governance framework, and reporting structures.
  • Engage and influence senior colleagues across Treasury, Finance, Technology, and Risk.
  • Oversee design related governance.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
  • Manage programme resources, and financial controls.
  • Drive cultural and operational change to embed new processes and systems.
  • Lead Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) improvement projects in 2026 to strengthen interest rate risk reporting and management. Qualifications
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, and risk frameworks.
  • Experience in interest rate risk management and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Experience in data and technology integration projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong financial awareness and budget management experience.
