Shift Team Leader - Biomass Plant (4on/4off, £2k Shift Allowance)
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Shift Team Leader for a renewable energy company in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy and relevant qualifications, overseeing operations and ensuring safety within a biomass facility. This position offers a competitive salary of £36,000 plus benefits, including a shift allowance and opportunities for training and development.

- Proven experience within Renewable Energy, Power Generation or similar industries.
- Hold an HSE qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Ideally hold a CHP, Boiler licence or other relevant power plant accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the plant.
- Oversee a Shift Team of Operators.
- Ensure all health and safety is upheld.
- Provide technical reports and maintain up-to-date records.
