Founded over 10 years ago, my client is a niche leading supplier of valuation, surveying and panel management services.

With a national remote working team of AssocRICS, MRICS and FRICS valuers, they have reached a headcount of over 50 valuers.

Main valuation work is MV / BTL with a few HMO and MUFB instructions. 4 points per day expectation with a focus on quality over quantity.

Residential Valuation work includes HMO’s, MUFB’s. High Value Sign off are allocated additional points to take into account complexity / time spent. Anything over 4 is at your discretion but will support a better bonus.

Basic salary range is £50,000 to £65,000 approx., depending on experience and track record, plus car allowance, plus bonus which can prove to be very lucrative. My client is happy to discuss potential OTE / bonus's directly and can give you a range going off last year bonus payments and previous specific patch location success.

All figures quoted above are agency approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments*.
