A leading automation firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and prepare various financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and accounting practices. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial management of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems for accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Responsabilités
- Maintain daily accounting transactions in ERP.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and monitor daily accounting transactions including vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries in ERP.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of all financial data into the accounting ERP.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and fund position reports and other necessary reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payment.
- Supervise day-to-day cash and bank operations, petty cash management, and fund transfers.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, TAX, AIT, and other regulatory requirements as per Bangladesh laws.
- Verify and approve expense claims, purchase bills, and vendor payments.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to accounts and finance.
