Job description
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage LC documentation, import payments, and coordination with banks and suppliers.
  • Oversee supply chain-related financial activities, including purchase orders, supplier payments, and cost verification.
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation for imported and locally sourced materials.
  • Handle VAT, TAX, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial control.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments for financial planning and decision-making.
