Job Title: Credit Control Assistant

Location: Derby (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days from home)

Job Type: Full-time | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for finance and customer service? Eaton Syalon is recruiting for a well-known Derby-based business looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the team.

1. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by following up on overdue payments via telephone and email.
2. Assist the Accounts Receivable function with resolving queries linked to billing and project-related accounts.
3. Monitor the Credit Control inbox and respond to emails efficiently, ensuring queries and issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
4. Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the finance function and wider team.
