Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in Credit Control is essential.
  • Confident in managing overdue debt and conversing with clients.
  • Comfortable working with finance systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Experience in working with B2B clients.
  • Understanding of audit controls.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage credit control activity across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Daily contact with clients and sales teams to ensure invoice payments.
  • Banking and allocation of invoices and payments received.
  • Investigate and resolve clients' billing and payment queries.
  • Ensure payment terms are accurately reflected on invoices.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Complete clients' onboarding forms and upload invoices.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets.

Job description

As an Accounts Receivable Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate billing for our global clients across multiple companies. You will be responsible for raising invoices, maintaining the accuracy of customer accounts, matching orders and invoices, processing transactions, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and handling credit control queries. Your attention to detail and knowledge of billing processes will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage credit control activity across multiple entities, multi currency
  • Daily contact with clients and sales teams, ensuring invoices are paid based on payment terms
  • Banking and allocation of invoices and payments received
  • Investigate and resolve clients' billing and payment queries
  • Ensure payment terms and comments are accurately reflected on invoices
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Complete clients' onboarding forms and upload invoices
  • Ensuring monthly collection targets are achieved (individual and team)
