Energy Broker / Sales Advisor

Hours: Part-time (30 hours per week)

Location: Liverpool (Fixed Location)

Join our client as an Energy Broker / Sales Advisor, where you'll help businesses renew their gas and electricity accounts with British Gas. With no previous experience necessary, this is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals looking to develop their sales skills and earn a competitive income.

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident and personable, able to communicate effectively over the phone.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• Strong objection handling skills, with the ability to overcome gatekeepers.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales role.

• Competitive starting salary of £20,000 plus unlimited commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses currently supplied by British Gas.
• Assess customer satisfaction and offer renewal options.
• Overcome objections and handle rejection with resilience.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
• Track and report sales progress to management.
