Latent Defect Loss Adjuster & Building Surveyor (Hybrid)
Job summary
A growing consultancy company in the UK is seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of Latent Defect Claims. This home-based role requires the ability to travel for site visits across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a background in building surveying with skills in defect diagnosis and must efficiently undertake loss adjusting services. This full-time position offers hybrid working options and is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in the sector.
Qualifications
- Experience in investigating latent defect claims.
- Ability to work remotely and travel across the UK.
- Familiarity with residential buildings claims and building pathology.
Responsibilities
