You will manage minor mechanical projects, ensuring integration of new services with existing infrastructure while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Qualifications

  • HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Building Services discipline.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Supervise compliance with health & safety requirements.
  • Monitor progress against programme and budget.
  • Coordinate integration of new services into existing infrastructure.
  • Prepare five-year plans for cyclical works and maintenance.
