We\'re looking for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our Damp & Mould Team in the Midlands. You\'ll be responsible for conducting in-depth inspections of residential properties, diagnosing causes of damp, mould and condensation, and producing high-quality reports that support our clients in delivering safer, healthier homes.
- Carry out on-site inspections to assess damp, mould and condensation issues
- Record environmental data (humidity, temperature, surface moisture readings)
- Include photographic context and elevation imagery to support findings
- Provide clear, client-friendly reporting that aligns with industry best practice
- Experience in residential or building surveying, preferably within social housing
- A solid understanding of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent report-writing skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
