Location : Manchester city centre (hybrid)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is capable of leading a quantity surveying service line (now or in the future). Acting as the Lead Quantity Surveyor in the Manchester office, main duties include :
- Lead on commission management and client delivery.
- Chair and attend site and design meetings, providing expert cost and project advice.
- Prepare comprehensive cost advice in line with RICS guidance including :
- Order of cost estimates
- Viability reports
- Formal cost plans
- Cash-flow forecasts
- Life cycle and whole life cost assessments
- Document handling and control to ensure full QA compliance.
- Oversee contracts, tender documentation, and procurement processes.
- Manage all facets of post-contract administration, including variations, contractor claims, interim valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts
