Our client is the fastest growing specialist fund & development monitoring consultancy in the UK! Due to relentless pace of development workloads, they’re seeking to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor / Associate level Quantity Surveyor / Building Surveyor to join their already acclaimed & expanding London office!
A highly enterprising business, built on a staffing & delivery excellence, they operate flat and accountable structure, all staff are MRICS and any / all candidates wishing to apply are required to be MRICS with an underlying degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying. No exceptions.
Working with leading real estate developers, investors, and a huge panel of lenders, they are flying with their USP of providing clear, independent advice on cost, programme and risk. There is an extremely strong project pipeline too which continues to generate more opportunities each month. Projects can vary from £500k to £200m.
Any candidates wishing to apply should have a significant UK property consultancy experience to date, ideally within the PQS / building consultancy arena. Potentially those contractor based professionals, with significant fund monitoring experience, are also encouraged to apply. Our client cannot support those requiring right to work VISA support.
