The Quantity Surveyor will handle cost management for various projects, requiring a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least two years of experience in the UK. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, liaising with clients, and attending site visits. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with a team of experienced professionals across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, residential, and sheds. Projects range in size and complexity, offering a broad and engaging workload with direct client exposure and responsibility from day one.
This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of two years' experience in a consultancy or contractor environment who is looking to build on existing knowledge and take the next step towards chartership. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in all aspects of cost management from early feasibility through to final account.
