Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable and progressive main contractor who operates across a variety of sectors including education, commercial, and heritage typically valuing from £500k - £3m on a range of refurbishment projects.

Due to recently securing several new projects across our client is now seeking an Quantity to join the expanding commercial department.

Duties
  • Preparation of subcontract and material orders.
  • Monthly CVR'S
  • Variations
  • Monthly payments to both suppliers / subcontractors.
  • Administration of contract records
  • Preparation of final accounts.
Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or construction related qualification.
  • Team player
  • Strong communication kills
  • Conversant with MS Office packages
  • Previous experience in an QS role with a main contractor.
  • Experience in refurbishment projects £500k - £3m.
  • Working knowledge of JCT suite of contracts including design & build
