Job description

A highly regarded independent construction and property consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Oxford team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and career-driven Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of exciting projects across the commercial, education, healthcare and residential sectors.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will take a key role in supporting both pre- and post-contract duties, working within an established team on complex schemes across the South of England. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing cost plans, tender documents and procurement strategies
• Managing valuations, cost reporting, change control and final accounts
• Supporting contract administration and client reporting
• Working closely with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring accurate project documentation and cost control throughout

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a UK consultancy environment
• Chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards chartership
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
• A professional and proactive approach to project delivery
