Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in quantity surveying.
  • Professional membership or accreditation (e.g., RICS) is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of building and construction practices is required.
  • Experience with Ministry of Defence (MOD) contracts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in NEC3 or NEC4 contract frameworks is required.
  • Background in project management is preferred.
  • Specialism in a relevant field such as Civils, Building, Mechanical or Commercial is advantageous.
