Job Description

Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care at Buchanan Court Care Home in Harrow. As a clinical deputy manager, you will be the home's nurse expert, utilizing your nursing skills along with managerial and leadership abilities. Your focus will be on residents with complex needs, ensuring compliance with the latest guidelines, making informed decisions, and maintaining high standards of clinical governance through regular audits.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Care plan development and assessments
• Conducting walk rounds
• Providing personalized, resident-centered care alongside your team

Who you are

You are an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), experienced in care planning and familiar with clinical assessment tools. You are eager to develop your leadership and clinical skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and their families, and committed to continuous improvement.
