Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Technical Manager for a food manufacturing site in Peterborough. The successful candidate will lead the technical team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a degree in Food Science, extensive knowledge of HACCP, and a background in food manufacturing, particularly in dairy or liquid processing. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, ideally dairy or liquid processing.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical team to deliver best-in-class Food Safety and Quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with customer standards, BRCGS, and legal requirements.
- Drive a proactive Food Safety and Quality Culture across the site.
