A printing solutions provider in Swindon is seeking a Flexographic Printer. The role involves operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring print quality, and collaborating with production teams. Ideal candidates will have flexographic printing experience, attention to detail, and be based in the UK. There's an offer of a salary between £30,000 and £37,000, along with a friendly work environment and opportunities for progression.

£30,000 to £37,000 depending on experience
- Operating and supporting flexographic printing presses within a label production environment
- Setting up jobs, assisting with plate changes, inks and colour
- Monitoring print quality and supporting smooth production runs
- Working closely with production and QA teams
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised press area
- Monday to Friday only
- Either 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm (rotating weekly)
- No weekends
- No bank holidays
- Experience in flexographic printing or label production would be ideal
- Experience on Mark Andy, Nilpeter, Uteco or similar presses is a big advantage
- Print operators from other print backgrounds will be considered if they have the right attitude and want to learn flexo
- UK based candidates only
- Ideally able to drive due to the site location
- Able to commute to Royston or willing to relocate
- A positive, reliable team player with good attention to detail
- Salary between £30k and £37k depending on experience
- Clean and friendly working environment
