Our clients include The Walt Disney Company, The Book of Mormon, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Back to the Future: The Musical, The Royal Shakespeare Company, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and many more of the UK’s finest live entertainment brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Media Executive to join our Media team.

This role will be responsible supporting the day-to-day operations across both the planning and performance functions of the digital media team, with the role split equally between the two. You’ll gain exposure to the full campaign lifecycle – from strategic planning through to performance execution and reporting – working across multiple clients and media channels. You will report into both the Performance Media Team Lead and the Digital Media Director.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital media and marketing who wants to develop a broad and well-rounded skillset. You’ll get hands‑on experience in campaign strategy, media planning, and data‑led performance optimisation across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and others.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of and interest in the UK media landscape, with some prior experience in digital marketing and familiarity with digital advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and digitally savvy, with a positive and energising attitude, driven to apply their knowledge and open to learning in an ever‑changing digital landscape. In doing so the candidate will ensure Dewynters are innovators in the digital space and deliver best in class digital media for our clients. They’ll join a fast‑paced and exciting environment to work across a portfolio of key clients, using their professional skills to make a vital contribution in growing and developing the agency’s business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the execution, monitoring, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
  • Assist with keyword research, audience building, ad copy reviews, and creative asset QA
  • Upload and schedule campaigns and ad assets according to approved media plans
  • Support senior performance leads in monitoring daily campaign performance and flag issues such as under‑delivery, disapprovals, or pacing inconsistencies
  • Compile and update campaign reports, pulling data from ad platforms, analytics tools and dashboards
  • Support the planning team in building out, maintaining and updating media plans
  • Assist in gathering insights for planning decisions, working closely with the planning and insights teams
  • Maintain internal resources such as campaign trackers and tag request sheets to ensure the smooth running of the team’s output
  • Stay on top of platform changes and industry trends, and share relevant updates with the wider team
  • Support with testing plans, such as A/B testing creative or bidding strategies, and documenting results
  • Support the team in gathering insights for post‑campaign wrap‑ups and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with the wider agency to inform integrated media strategies
  • Contribute to post‑campaign analysis and learnings to inform future plans
Key Relationships
  • Work closely with the Performance Media Team Lead and Performance team
  • Work closely with the Digital Media Director and Planning team
  • Collaborate with and work under the guidance of the Head of Digital Media and the Director of Media & Commercial, as well as the wider Media team, to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with the Insights team to help the creation of integrated and innovative plans, using smart tech, data, creative and audience insights
Your Experience and Knowledge
  • You will have some experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or media environment
  • Familiar with digital advertising platforms
  • You have a keen interest in the digital marketing and an understanding of its role within the wider media landscape
  • Experience with reporting tools and an analytical mindset
  • You are digitally savvy, and are familiar with working in Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Your Personal Skills
  • Motivated by delivering commercial success
  • Clear verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident and resourceful
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and ask questions
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to work to strict deadlines in a busy and constantly changing environment
  • 25 days holiday
  • Flexible / Hybrid working
  • Company pension scheme
