We are seeking a talented and motivated Town Planner / Senior Town Planner to join a growing planning team working across a diverse portfolio of projects. As a key member of the planning team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex planning projects across residential, commercial, regeneration, and infrastructure sectors. • Managing and contributing to planning applications and development management work.

• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and government policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports and planning statements.
• Confidence presenting to a range of audiences.

• Experience writing proofs of evidence and attending public inquiries or examinations.
• Project management and research skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
