Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba / SAP MM / Accounts Payable (AP) Tester with strong functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and hands‑on experience validating integrations with SAP S / 4HANA. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end‑to‑end testing across Ariba MM and AP modules with additional exposure to public sector or public funds management projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functional testing for SAP Ariba SAP MM and Accounts Payable (AP) modules including end‑to‑end integration with SAP S / 4HANA.
- Apply strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP) business processes.
- Execute full lifecycle testing with at least one end‑to‑end SAP Ariba (Cloud) and SAP MM implementation integrated with S / 4HANA.
- Create detailed test cases test scripts and expected results for various integration scenarios.
- Document interface mapping and transformation logic using tools such as SAP CIG or SAP PI / PO.
- Conduct end‑to‑end testing for downstream integration between SAP Ariba and S / 4HANA.
- Validate integration flows across SAP modules including FI MM and Ariba ensuring data accuracy and system consistency.
- Maintain traceability between requirements test scenarios defects and test results.
- Log track and manage defects in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) perform retesting and ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate closely with developers functional consultants and integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear documentation and updates throughout the testing lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba SAP MM and Accounts Payable (AP) modules.
- Minimum 1 full end‑to‑end implementation involving SAP Ariba (Cloud) and SAP MM integrated with S / 4HANA.
- Hands‑on project experience within public sector banking or environments managing public funds is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as SAP CIG, SAP PI / PO and related middleware tools.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases logging defects and maintaining traceability matrices.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for defect and test management.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills suitable for customer interaction.
