Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping people? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and provide high-quality support to landlords across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the property sector, offering a flexible, mostly remote working arrangement, a comprehensive 10-week training programme and excellent employee benefits.

What you’ll do :

Respond to landlord queries via phone, email, live chat, video calls and online forums, providing clear, consistent and accurate advice on the private rental sector.

Log all interactions for future reference, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Achieve and maintain high standards of performance, meeting KPIs such as call answer rates and customer satisfaction metrics.

Actively listen to members and provide practical, solution-focused guidance.

Signpost landlords to additional resources or third-party services and training where appropriate.

Additonal Information :

Annual leave : 25 days, increasing to 26 after 3 years’ service, and 27 after 5 years.

12-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.
