Senior Property Manager - Residential Portfolio (Hybrid)
Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager/Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in the Oxford, Reading, and Newbury areas. You'll manage daily operations, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance in property management. The ideal candidate has experience within block management, strong organisational skills, and is confident in stakeholder meetings. This position offers a hybrid work model with a competitive salary of up to £45,000.

Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio, ensuring all lease obligations are upheld.
- Prepare and issue service charge budgets, monitor expenditure.
- Conduct regular site visits and attend EGM/AGM meetings as required.
- Appoint, manage, and monitor contractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and residents.
