These positions offer exposure to a wide range of high-value domestic and cross-border financing transactions, providing an excellent platform to build a broad and market-leading B&F practice. The Opportunity :
- Work on a diverse mix of transactions, including leveraged finance, general corporate lending, acquisition finance, refinancing, investment-grade lending, fund finance and real estate finance
- Join well-established teams with strong deal flow and major financial institutions, sponsors and corporate clients Take on meaningful responsibility from the outset with opportunities for direct client engagement
