The Role
  • Manage large service charge budgets ranging from £400k to £1.3m.
  • Oversee building operations, compliance, and refurbishment projects.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and high-end asset managers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Report on property performance for major institutional funds.
  • Support handover and redevelopment of retail assets scheduled for transformation.
The Team

You’ll join a collaborative team, working closely with a key portfolio manager. The team values independence, trust, and strong relationships - and they know how to have fun! From rugby and football socials to paddle and pints, this is a group that combines professionalism with personality.

The Ideal Candidate
  • MRICS Chartered (or working towards it) preferred.
  • Strong experience managing large service charge budgets.
  • Exposure to institutional funds, propcos, or high-net-worth clients.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident communicator.Sociable and team-oriented - enjoys networking and team activities.
