As the business scales its managed portfolio, it is hiring a Property & Asset Management Lead to help shape how buildings are operated, optimised, and grown. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends hands‑on operational leadership with commercial and strategic exposure, working closely with senior decision‑makers in a modern, entrepreneurial environment.

• Leading the operational management of a growing building portfolio, with responsibility for performance, budgets, and service delivery.
• Working cross‑functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the occupier experience.
• Supporting landlord advisory work and contributing to whole‑building and portfolio‑level thinking.
• Analysing building performance and supporting asset management initiatives to drive value and efficiency.
• Building trusted relationships with landlords and senior stakeholders.
• Owning workstreams end‑to‑end, with real accountability and visibility.

• Broader scope than a standard property management role.
• Exposure to asset management, advisory work, and commercial decision‑making.
• Direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence how the function scales.
• A chance to help build a platform, not just operate within one.

• MRICS qualified (or close to qualification), with strong experience in property management.
• Comfortable leading operations while thinking commercially.
• Confident, organised, and credible with clients and stakeholders.
• Motivated by ownership, growth, and seeing the impact of your work.

• Salary of £55,000 – £67,000.
• Equity.
• 28 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays.
