A leading food manufacturer in the UK is seeking a Project Engineer to lead investment projects aimed at upgrading food processing operations. The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers and teams, and ensuring project delivery to high standards. As a Project Engineer, you will lead key investment projects to future-proof and upgrade their food processing operations. This includes installing, moving, and upgrading machinery as well as facilitating site extensions. You will manage large budgets, coordinate closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
