A leading contractor in the leisure sector based in Leeds is seeking a Contracts Manager. In this role, you'll oversee multiple leisure projects ranging from £1M to £30M, providing opportunities for progression and project management experience. The company offers a competitive salary, car allowance, pension, and professional development opportunities. This is an excellent chance to contribute to an established and profitable business while developing your career in contracts management.
The Company
I am working with a £300M Turnover Contractor who in 2025 have created a new Leisure Division (based in Leeds) overseeing Leisure Projects (Football Training Grounds, Gyms & Leisure Centres) valued between £1M - £30M.
Due to their busy workload with over 8 live sites & order book for 2026 filled out, they are looking to add to their current team of 5 and onboard an Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager who is looking for Fastrack progression into Contracts Management. From the get go you will receive training to pre-construction phases and the opportunity to run your own smaller projects around £2M and once you are up to speed step into a Contracts Manager position overseeing multiple sites from pre-construction to handover.
It isn't often opportunities to work within an already well established, profitable business like this come up. They are looking for somebody driven who can take the new division to the next level and be a genuine asset to the business.
