Our client is a Bespoke Residential Developer seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support their team and support the Director. Based in SW London, the company manages multiple residential refurb projects across London, focusing on bespoke high-quality co-living sites. This role involves working closely with the Director, assisting with project delivery, planning, and oversight, with increasing responsibilities over time. Key responsibilities include resource planning, budget preparation, progress monitoring, meetings, and reporting to the Director.

Qualifications include a construction-related degree, understanding of project management, and at least 1 year's practical experience on a construction site (new build or refurb). The role offers training and career growth opportunities with an experienced senior professional.

You will:

1. Oversee and actively participate in the delivery of residential refurbishment projects, starting with 6-10 units, expanding to 60-90 units.
2. Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
3. Plan and manage project resources efficiently.
4. Assist in preparing project budgets based on scope and resources.
5. Track project costs to ensure budget adherence.
6. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
7. Attend meetings and record notes.
8. Provide regular project progress updates to the Director.
9. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

You should have:

1. A construction degree or equivalent experience.
2. At least 1 year of hands-on site experience on a live construction project (new build or refurb).
3. A valid driving license.
