Job summary

A leading construction contractor in the UK seeks an Assistant Site Manager to oversee the onsite management and timely delivery of cladding projects. Responsibilities include liaising with various departments, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring project documentation. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in cladding or facades, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in construction-related discipline.
• Experience in cladding or facades is essential.
• Possession of a valid CSCS card.
• Relevant NVQ in construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on-site works within time and budget.
• Coordinate with project manager, QS, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain records of all project aspects.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Skills

Technical – ONC or equivalent qualification

Relevant background within cladding / facades

Completed or in process of obtaining NVQ in construction

CSCS card

SSTS is beneficial

QCQA is a must

EWI experience is beneficial

Competent user MS Excel, Word, Outlook

Driving license and access to vehicle is beneficial
