Benefit is glowing... We mean growing... and we are currently searching for a full-time Counter Manager to make real connections at Boots Kew Gardens!

As a Counter Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Management - Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff, delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high customer service standards.
2. Sales Goals - Achieving counter and service sales targets, engaging with customers, and demonstrating products.
3. Brow Services - Providing waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.
4. Teamwork - Leading daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
5. Promotion and Events - Creating in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events, to build business.
6. Stock Management - Ensuring the counter is stocked and reporting concerns promptly.
7. Communication - Facilitating communication between store/department managers, area managers, and maintaining open dialogue.
8. Administration - Completing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks, and assisting with area manager duties when needed.
9. Staff Rotas - Preparing fair staff schedules monthly.
10. Hygiene and Housekeeping - Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

• Commitment to providing a unique customer experience
• Flexible availability, including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods
• Minimum 6 months retail experience
