Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Material Planner to coordinate with suppliers and support ongoing projects. The role includes ensuring timely material availability, maintaining scheduling, and data accuracy. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills and at least 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics. This is a full-time role with an hourly rate of up to £25 and involves on-site work Monday to Friday.

Material Planner Location : Desford Contract : 12-month rolling contract Hourly Rate : Up to £25 per hour Umbrella Start Date : January 2026 Hours : 37.5 per week (Mon–Thu 08 : 00–16 : 30, Fri 08 : 00–13 : 30) Working Arrangements : On-site, Monday to Friday About the Role You’ll work closely with suppliers, build strong working relationships, and support a number of ongoing projects (details shared on start). This role is a backfill position and plays a key part in maintaining smooth material flow across operations. Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain or related field (desirable)
