Job summary
A leading B2C technology firm based in London seeks a Dev Team Lead to manage a team of engineers on a greenfield project. The role involves 75% management and 25% development responsibilities, requiring strong leadership and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will receive up to £80,000 and enjoy remote working options. This position is fully remote initially until lockdown is lifted.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing engineering teams, particularly in a B2C environment.
- Solid understanding of various technologies including React and TypeScript.

Skills
This Dev Team Lead position is with a B2C company who arethe industry leader in their field. You'll be working with a team of 6 highly capable engineers on phase 2 of a greenfield project.
If you had to split this role between mgmt. and dev, I would say you would be looking at around 75% mgmt. with 25% dev.
The overall tech stack is React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS but don't feel like you need all of these in your locker to apply.
