Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on complex hydronic systems, controls, and equipment, including but not limited to boilers, radiant heating and floors, zone valves, and geothermal heating.
• Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water filtration, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance to bring the system to product design specifications and operate with maximum efficiency.
• Demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
