This large offshore firm is looking for an accomplished and technically strong Corporate Lawyer who has the drive, ambition and business development flair to build a successful practice.

You will handle high-value and complex matters spanning M&A, private equity, funds, and corporate finance, leveraging your experience to deliver exceptional client service and management.

• Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK.
• Likely to suit someone with 5 years’ PQE+.
• Experience of high-value corporate work from a good UK or equivalent law firm. Strong commerciality and a flair for business development are essential.

• Salary negotiable depending on experience - low tax-rate (c8%).
