Job summary
A leading eCommerce firm is seeking a talented PPC Manager to take ownership of their paid Google and Microsoft advertising strategy. This full-time, onsite role involves managing complex accounts and collaborating closely with in-house Marketing and Creative teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analysis skills, experience in PPC campaign management, and a passion for driving profitable growth in expanding markets across Europe.
Qualifications
- Experience managing paid Google and Microsoft advertising accounts.
- Ability to conduct analysis and optimize ROAS targets.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the company's Paid Search accounts.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across the UK.
- Conduct continuous analysis informing strategy and promotional activity.
- Lead the creation and testing of ad copy and creative briefs.
- Plan and manage UK PPC campaigns for European expansion.
- Continuously monitor performance and deliver actionable insights.

Central Employment are working with a leading UK and soon to be global eCommerce brand, a specialist manufacturer and distributor in their sector. They have a new and key in-house role, hiring a talented PPC Manager.
- Full time onsite role
You’ll be managing large, complex paid accounts. You’ll work closely with their dedicated in-house Marketing and Creative teams to ensure the creative, copy, and landing pages support high-performing campaigns. You’ll take full ownership of their paid Google & Microsoft advertising strategy and performance, ensuring every click drives profitable growth and aligns with our wider commercial goals.

- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across the UK.
