About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven marketer with a sharp eye for commercial impact to join our team on a fixed‑term maternity cover contract until 31 December 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to lead insight‑led campaigns that deliver measurable growth and a strong return on investment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns that support the growth of our products, services, and events.
  • Select the most effective channels and craft persuasive content to ensure every activity is commercially effective.
  • Use market insight and data to optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Develop creative approaches to audience engagement across digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Write compelling copy and manage multiple projects to time and budget.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience across the full marketing mix, with a focus on commercial performance and ROI.

Working arrangements

CTSI has embraced remote and flexible working. IT and DSE equipment will be provided. The role is hybrid, with the Head Office in Basildon, Essex. All staff are expected to attend mandatory meetings and, if required, travel will be communicated in advance.
