Our client is an ambitious, fast‑growing search and performance marketing agency based in Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Sales & Marketing team and are looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new client acquisition across multiple sectors. This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office).
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will take full ownership of new business generation, with a strong focus on outbound B2B sales activity. You will identify, engage and convert Senior Marketing Managers, Business Owners and Directors into long‑term agency clients.
