Job summary
A hospitality company in London is seeking a Linen and Luggage Porter to ensure cleanliness and organization across three properties. Responsibilities include adhering to health and safety policies, managing deliveries, and assisting with luggage allocation. Candidates should be reliable and possess effective communication skills. No experience is required, and full-time employment is offered, with a salary of £13.15 per hour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of working within the housekeeping department (not a must to be considered).
- The ability to communicate in English effectively and persuasively at all levels.
- A good team ethos is important, along with the ability to support team members and colleagues.

- Adhere to the Health & Safety policies.
- Receive and store deliveries.
- Assist reception team with allocation of luggage in rooms when necessary.
Skills
We are looking for a Linen and Luggage Porter for The Megaro Collection, located in Kings Cross St Pancrcras. The role will float between 3 properties, all located within walking distance to each other. The ideal candidate is someone that will be fully independent in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and organisation.
- Adhere to the Health & Safety policies and demonstrate duty of care procedures to all areas within your department.
- Receive and store deliveries.
- Stock linen cupboards.
- Assist reception team with allocation of luggage in rooms whenever necessary and possible.
- Report maintenance issues.
- Complete the relevant daily, weekly and monthly tasks as directed.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
- Ensure that personal KPIs are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company code.

- Reliable and dependable in performing duties.

- Schedule: 5 in - 2 off (Rota changes weekly)
