Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • Support with staff scheduling, performance management, and hiring
  • Monitor inventory, suppliers, and quality control
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Act as a role model for team culture and brand standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for fine dining, guest service, and team development
  • A hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Must live in London and be fully available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
