A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their Private Patient team. This role involves leading physiotherapy services and managing a varied caseload of private inpatients. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. A proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously are essential, offering an opportunity to shape and enhance therapy services.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Private Patient team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalised care in a prestigious private inpatient setting within a leading NHS Trust.
You will independently manage a varied caseload of private inpatients across clinical areas including care of the elderly, stroke, medical and surgical rehab, and orthopaedics. You’ll work alongside a dedicated Private Practice Occupational Therapist and receive support from the wider NHS therapy team. The role demands autonomy, clinical confidence, and sound decision-making.
We’re looking for a clinician passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and committed to service development and innovation. Experience in private healthcare is desirable, and a strong understanding of the standards expected in private care is essential.
You should demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to multidisciplinary collaboration. This role offers the chance to shape and enhance the private therapy service, making a real impact on patient outcomes and service quality.
