Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive therapy assessments of patients including those with a complex presentation.
• Formulate and execute individualised physiotherapy management and treatment plans.
• Assess patients’ holistic needs, communicating complex and sensitive information.
• Liaise with GPs, Social Services, inpatient teams, and other allied health professionals.
