4. Adhering to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1. An undergraduate degree in a subject area such as Chemistry, PE, Business Studies, Computer Science, or others.
2. Strong communication skills, confidence, and adaptability.
3. A genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
