Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 07:00–19:30

Whether you’re currently in Production Admin or on the factory floor, this role is the next step in your career, giving you both responsibility and the support to grow.

• Be the go-to person for smooth line performance – you'll help hit daily targets and keep standards high.
• Lead by example – motivate colleagues, ensure safety and quality, and complete accurate paperwork.
• Perform routine checks on equipment, safety gear, and production quality.
• Work closely with your Shift Manager to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and make a real impact on how we operate.
• Have experience in food production or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Understand production cycles and how to spot an issue before it becomes a problem.
• Are confident making quick decisions on the spot.
• Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Are familiar with production admin or reporting systems.
• Are eager to grow, lead, and make a difference.

Our production site is based in PE28, just outside Huntingdon, with excellent transport links from Peterborough, St Ives, St Neots, and Cambridge. Whether you're driving or using public transport, commuting is easy with on-site parking and regular bus services.
