Responsibilities
- Book in and out returned products using SAP system.
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Write reports on product findings.
- Support customers with returns and technical queries.
- Work with Quality Team for improvements.
- Provide on-site support when needed.

In this role, you'll combine technical repair work with customer support and teamwork. No two days will be the same — one day you'll be refurbishing equipment in the workshop, the next you could be troubleshooting issues or liaising with the quality team to improve processes.
- Book in and out returned products using the SAP system and RMA process
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, refurbishments, and overhauls
- Inspect, fault-find, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Write clear reports on product findings
- Support customers with returns and technical queries
- Work closely with the Quality Team to share insights and improvements
- Provide occasional on-site support when needed
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Soldering skills (a bonus!)
- Computer literacy — SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Great organisational skills with attention to detail
